Section 7(2) in The Bangalore Metro Railway (Opening of Public Carriage for Passengers) Rules, 2011
(2)The Bangalore Metro Railway Administration shall be responsible to make such special arrangements as the Commissioner may require for inspection of civil structures, permanent-way, rolling stock, electrical, signal, telecommunication ad train control installations on the metro railway, which is to be opened.
