502. Criminal Procedure Code to apply to all inquiries and proceedings before Magistrate.
- The [provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898] [See now provisions of Cr.PC, 1973.]13, shall, so far as may be, apply to all inquiries and proceedings under this Act before the Magistrate.
