                                                          ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the trial in C.C.No.6 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court under TNPID Act, Chennai, itself had been completed way back on 20.11.2023 and that the petitioner has been found guilty and convicted, as a result of which, the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
