Section 46(12)(a) in Punjab Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014

(a)the Officer-in-charge, counselor along with the child welfare officer or a case worker, or a social worker, shall prepare an individual care plan for every child in an institution within a period of one month of his admittance in the institution in Form XXI;
