Section 10(iv) in New Mangalore Part Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulation 2009
(iv)If the Stevedore fulfils the required conditions and is eligible for renewal but awaiting safety clearance before expiry of the licerise period, Port may permit the stevedoring operation on execution of an indemnity bond.
