35. Confirmation.
- A person placed on probation under Rule 32 shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of his period of probation if-(a)he/she has passed the departmental examination and has successfully undergone such training as Government may, from time to time, specify.(b)he/she has passed a department test of proficiency in Hindi; and(c)the Appointing Authority is satisfied that his/her integrity unquestionable and that he/she is otherwise fit for confirmation.Part-VII Pay
