Section 39(1) in Gudalur Janmam Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Rules, 1974
(1)Every revision against the orders of the Director of Survey and Settlements under section 53 shall be preferred to the Commissioner, Land Administrations within thirty days from the date of receipt of the order.
