20. Members etc. of the Commission arc Public Servants.
- The Chairperson, the other Members and such other persons as may be appointed under this Act, shall, while acting or purporting to act under this Act, be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (45 of 1860).
