summons issued in IA No. 12/2024 in C.S No. 27/2021 by the Hon'ble
Commercial Court, Thrissur, till the disposal of this Original Petition.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
