3. Act to over-ride other laws.
- The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force or instrument having effect by virtue of any such law.[Chapter I-A] [Inserted by Act No. 20 of 2018, dated 16.10.2018.] Ward Majlis and Halqa Majlis
