Section 15(1) in Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University Act, 2016
(1)The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor for a period of one year at a time as prescribed and shall exercise such powers and performs such functions as may be prescribed.
