Section 3(2)(b) in Andhra Pradesh Colleges of Education (Regulation of Admissions into B.Ed. Course through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2006

(b)The Category A seats shall be 80% of the sanctioned intake of seats in B.Ed Course in the Un-Aided Non-Minority/Minority Colleges of Education, which shall be filled with eligible candidates on the basis of rank obtained in Ed.CET/ Ed.CET-AC, as the case may be, following the provision of Rule 6 and Rules of Reservation laid down in Rule 7.
