Section 8(1)(g) in Shri Guru Ram Rai University Act, 2016

(g)To prescribe such courses for the Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Degree, doctor of philosophy, Doctor of Science Degree, and research which would be covered by UGC, MCI, DCI, INC, PCI, AICTE and other Statutory Councils; but University shall have right to start diplomas, certificates, etc. in its own subjects;
