Section 8(iii) in Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2017
(iii)The District Mining Officer/Any such officer authorized by the Competent Authority may at any time suspend the registration for breach of any of the terms and conditions of the Registration. The registration may be cancelled for breach of any of the terms and conditions of registration after giving an opportunity of being heard.
