(3)After the counting in respect of all polling stations in a ward has been completed the Returning Officer shall compile the result in the final result sheet in Form-22.He shall also recorded therein the number of E. D. votes cast in favour of each candidate on the basis of entries in Form 20 and then total up the number of valid votes polled by each candidate and announce the same.
