Section 19(4) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 1965
(4)Where the Registrar is moved under sub-section (3) he may, on the application of such person, and after giving the society a reasonable opportunity of being heard, himself decide the application in accordance with this Act and the rules and bye-laws made thereunder and the decision of the Registrar shall be final.
