Section 161(1) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(1)The Development Authority may after previous publication, in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (2), make regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder for discharging its functions under this Act.
