Section 29(1) in Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar Act, 2015
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Executive Council shall have, in addition to all other powers vested in it, the power to make regulations to provide for the administration and management of the affairs of the University. These regulations shall be ratified by the Governing Council of the University.
