This appeal by the assessee has been filed against the order of the CIT -Raipur dated 16.6.2014 under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, rejecting the application seeking grant of approval u/s.80G of the Act.
2. Vide petition dated 9.5.2017, Shri M,C.Jain, counsel for the applicant has sought to withdraw the appeal filed by the assessee, for which, ld D.R. had no objection.

3. In view of above, we accede to the request of ld A.R. of the assessee and allow for the withdrawal of the appeal.
