Section 4(4)(i) in Andhra Pradesh Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Act, 1993

(i)No person shall carry on the business of [buying, letting, selling, supplying] [Substituted 'buying, selling, supplying' by Act No. 13 of 2005, dated 8.4.2005.] or distributing recorded video cassettes [or VCDS or DVDS] [Inserted by Act No. 13 of 2005, dated 8.4.2005.] except under and in accordance with a licence granted under this Act.
