Section 3(b) in The Chhattisgarh Excise Settlement of Licences for Retail Sale of Country Liquor (In District Raipur, Durg, Rajnandgaon, Dhamtari and Mahasamund) Rules, 2001
(b)The licence shall be granted in the Form C.S. 2-D for retail sale of country liquor in sealed bottles for consumption 'On' the premises.
