Section 6(h) in U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Committees and Sub-Committees, Affiliation of Institutions) Regulation, 2000
(h)to refer the matter to the Head of the Administrative department for appropriate action if the Examination Committee considers it necessary that suitable administrative action should be taken against a person engaged in examination work.
