Section 35(1) in Delhi Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 2004
(1)The Director or any person authorized by him by general or special orders in this behalf, may either before or after institution of the proceedings compound any offences made punishable under this Act for such amount as the Government may by notification in the official Gazette, specify in this behalf.
