1. These revision petitions are filed for setting aside the order wherein while adjudicating the application under Section 36(2) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short 'the Act), the Court had imposed stringent condition to deposit the entire enhanced awarded amount along with interest within four months.
