(b)Projection-No wall sign shall extend above the top of the wall or beyond the ends of the wall to which it is attached. At any place where pedestrians may pass along a wall, any wall sign attached thereto shall rot project more than 7.5 centimetres therefrom within a height of 2.5 metres measured from the level of such place,
