Section 14(a) in Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016
(a)Any concerned ration card holder desirous of obtaining extracts from the records of a fair price shop shall make a written request to the licensee along with the deposit of prescribed fee Rs 10 (ten) and Rs. 2 (two) per copy as additional fee. The licensee shall provide such extracts of records to the ration card holder within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the request and the required fee.
