Section 43(1) in The Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996
(1)If any person misconducts himself at a polling station, or fails to obey the lawful orders of the Presiding Officer, the Presiding Officer shall immediately remove or order any police officer present there, to remove from the polling station the person so misconducting himself, and such person shall not be allowed again to enter the polling station without the permission of the Presiding Officer.
