Section 77(2)(iv) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984

(iv)On receipt of the claim referred to in sub-clause (iii) the Head of office shall forward the same to the Director (Administration) who shall sanction family pension in Form 15.
