45. Procedure under the Act.
- A proceeding under this Act before a District Soil Conservation Officer or a Collector or an Inquiry Officer or an appellate authority shall be deemed to be a judicial proceeding within the meaning of section 193 and 228 of the Indian Penal Code and also for the purposes of section 196 of the said Code.
