State of West Bengal - Subsection

Section 36(4)(a) in The West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences Act, 1995

(a)Every student of the Faculty of the former University, referred to in sub-section (1) of section 36, who, immediately before the appointed day, was studying in that Faculty, shall be permitted to complete iris course of study in the University, and the University shall make arrangements-
(i)for instruction, teaching, training and holding of examination in respect of such student in such manner as may be determined by the University, and
(ii)for the conferment of degree, diploma or other academic distinction of the University on the qualified student on the results of such examination.
