Section 4(iii) in Jharkhand University of Technology Act, 2011
(iii)Every college or institution, other than an existing college, imparting technical education in the State, on the date of the commencement of this Act shall, with effect from such dates as may be notified in this behalf by the State Government, be deemed to be affiliated to the University established under section 3 and shall cease to be affiliated to, or associated with the University established by or under the Jharkhand State Universities Act, 2000, hereinafter referred to in this section as erstwhile University:
