Section 6(2) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (General Colony) Conditions, 1955
(2)All grants, whether by way of Ghair Khatedari tenancy or conferment of Khatedari rights or otherwise, shall be subject to the following exceptions and reservations and the Government hereby absolutely except and reserves to itself out of and in respect of the lands.
