Section 46(4)(a) in Telangana Town-Planning Act, 1920

(a)in the case of a person who is appointed as the chairman or trustee while being a member of a civil service of the State or holding a civil post under the State, on his ceasing to be such member of the civil service or holder of the civil post under the State, by attaining the age of superannuation or otherwise; and
