18. Application for renewal .-Every application for renewal of a licence under sub-section (5) of section 9 of the Act shall be,-
(a)made to the licensing authority in Form IV,(b)accompanied by a fee of rupees one hundred in the form of a bank draft drawn in favour of the licensing authority.
