Section 6(1) in Kerala Munnar Special Tribunal (Procedure) Regulations, 2011
(1)Every application shall be accompanied by a paper-book containing,-(a)an attested true copy of the order in or against which the application has been filed;(b)copies of the documents relied upon by the applicant and referred to in the application;(c)an index of the documents.
