35. Formation of West Bengal Clinical Establishment Tribunal.
(1)The State Government may constitute by notification for the purposes of this Act, a Tribunal for the State to be known as the West Bengal Clinical Establishment Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal).(2)The Tribunal shall consist of not more than three Members, including the Chairperson.(3)The Chairperson and members of the Tribunal shall be appointed by the State Government.
