Section 9(2)(i) in Bihar Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1980

(i)Where the Licensing Officer is of the opinion that the licence should not be granted, he shall, after affording reasonable opportunity to the applicant to be heard make an order rejecting the application.
