] A list of all licences in Forms L-1, L-1B, L-2, L-2A, L-3, L-3A, L-4, L-5B, [L-5C, L5- D] [Added vide Punjab Government Notification No. G.S.R. 24/P.A. 1/14/Sections 31, 32 and 58/Amd. (160)/2004 dated 29.3.2004.] and L-4A, shall be drawn up in each district in April each year and supplied to the managers of the distilleries and breweries in Punjab.
