ORDER
Information sought:
The Appellant filed an online RTI Application dated 05.06.2020 seeking information as under:
"I want the certified copies of the year wise account statement prepared from the session 2016 to 2020 of the CBSE School Code: 03437 and CBSE Affiliation No: 1030032 as per CBSE rules and certified by the Chartered Accountant with the name of accountant."
The CPIO vide online reply dated 25.06.2020, informed to the Appellant as under:
"Reference has been taken on records information will be provided under the norms of RTI Act 2005 on availability basis."
Being dissatisfied, the appellant filed a First Appeal dated 05.08.2020, which has not been adjudicated by the First Appellate Authority as per available records.
Grounds for Second Appeal:
The Appellant filed a Second Appeal u/s 19 of the Act on the ground of unsatisfactory reply furnished by the Respondent. Appellant requested the Commission to direct the CPIO to provide complete information sought for. Submissions made by Appellant and Respondent during Hearing:

CIC/CBSED/A/2020/695996 The Respondent submitted that they have furnished requisite information to the Appellant as available on record vide reply dated 15.07.2021 and the contents of the same are as under:
Upon being queried by the Commission regarding status of First Appeal, the Respondent submitted that First Appeal has been adjudicated on 13.07.2021 and the contents of the same are as under:
A written submission has been received by the Commission from Smt. Seema Khakha, Central Public Information Officer (Affiliation) vide letter dated 03.06.2022, and the same has been marked to the appellant wherein the Commission has been apprised as under:Page 3 of 5

Upon perusal of the facts on record as well as on the basis of the proceedings during the hearing, the Commission observes that the Respondent has furnished the requisite information as available on record to the Appellant. Moreover, the Appellant did not participate in the hearing to buttress her case. Hence, the Commission finds no further scope of intervention in the instant matter.
With the above observations, the instant Second Appeal is disposed of. Copy of the decision be provided free of cost to the parties.
The Appeal, hereby, stands disposed of.
