Section 6(1) in The West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees) Regulations, 2007
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of these regulations, the Commission may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, pass any order as it may consider necessary for removing the difficulty.
