Section 299(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(1)All or any of the prescribed punishment on Class IV employees and minor penalties on all persons holding appointments to posts encacdred in the service constituted under Section 89 of the Act may be imposed by Vikas Adhikari/Chief Executive Officer as provided in Sub-Section (2) of Section 91 of the Act.
