(4)The Administrative Council shall, with concurrence of the Academic Council, make Regulations for the management of hostels and other matters related thereto and such Regulations shall be administered by the Dean of Student Welfare. The Regulations so made shall provide for maximum participation of enrolled students in the management of hostels occupied by them, as is consistent with good management of a Vishwavidyalaya facility.
