Section 21(1) in Andhra Pradesh Government Medical and Dental Institutions (Conversion into Semi-Autonomous Institutions) Act, 2007
(1)There shall be an Academic Council, subject to the provisions, Statutes and Regulations of the Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences Act, 1986 which shall have the general control over teaching and responsible for maintenance of the standards of education in the institute.
