Section 59(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations (Conduct of Election of Members, Election Expenses and Election Petitions) Rules, 2005
(1)The packets referred to in rule 58 shall be retained for a period of one year and shall thereafter be destroyed subject to any direction to the contrary given by the State Election Commission or by a competent court or by a tribunal.
