Section 41(2) in The Bihar Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1972
(2)If the amenity referred to in sub-rule (1) is not provided by the contract or within the period prescribed, the principal employer shall provide the same within a period of fifteen days of the expiry of the period laid down in the said sub-rule.
