Section 168(1) in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
(1)If the will is declared null and void after the payment of the legacy and the legacy has been satisfied in good faith, the heir instituted in the will shall stand discharged of his responsibility towards the true heir by delivering the remainder of the inheritance.
