Section 9(3) in The Orissa Cattle and Poultry Feed (Regulation) Act, 1979
(3)Where an application for renewal of a licence is duly made within the time specified in Sub-section (1), the licence shall continue to be effective till the date of passing of an order by the licensing authority on the application for renewal.
