Section 18 in The Orissa Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 1997
18. Cognizance of offence.
- No Court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act except on a complaint in writing made by the competent authority or any officer authorised by him in this behalf by general or special order.
