Section 30 in The West Bengal Comprehensive Area Development Act, 1974
30. Restriction as to expenditure. -
No expenditure shall be incurred by the Corporation from its fund except for the purposes of this Act, and unless such expenditure is provided for in the budget estimate, or the revised estimate as the case may be.
