The following rates of postage shall be chargeable on postal articles where the postage is prepaid:-Letters

For aweight no exceeding twenty grams	Rs.5/-
Forevery twenty grams or fraction thereof	Rs.5/-

Postcards not being postcards containing printed communication

(b)In the case of more than one copy of the same issue of a registered newspaper being carried in the same packet :-

For everyadditional one hundred grams or fractionthereof exceeding one hundred grams	…	20 paise

Provided that such a packet shall not be delivered at any addressee's residence but shall be given to a recognized agent at the post office.Parcels
